Evidence-based psychological practice:

I offer evidence-based psychological therapy for individuals, groups and organisations.  The predominant techniques used are acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT); cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and schema therapy.

My approach is professional and relaxed offering psychological help with the following areas:

  • Eating disorders – please note however, I am unable to provide a service to individuals who have a rapidly falling BMI or more severe cases of eating disordered behaviours as these presentations are best treated by a multidisciplinary team.
